For problems, feedback, or requests to delete your account or export or delete your data, email support@kairnbook.com.
We aim to reply within 5 business days. Please include the email address you sign in with, the device you use, and the steps or a screenshot showing the problem.
Account and data
- Delete your account: email us. After verifying your identity, we delete your account and all of its content within 30 days.
- Export a book: open the book in the app and export it.
- Subscriptions: manage or cancel them in the app store where you subscribed.
Kairn connector
In ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant that supports connectors, add a connector with the URL https://mcp.kairnbook.com/mcp, then sign in with your Kairn account and approve access. The assistant can then look things up in your books or save content to Kairn. To disconnect, remove the connector in that assistant's settings.
